Dr. Ramstetter and Global Recess Alliance friend, Dr. Will Massey, advocate for the benefits of recess for ALL students. While the segment features images of younger children, recess/break time is ESSENTIAL for students of all ages, from kindergarten through high school–just as breaks are important for adults!
